Martinez, CA.—Several custom selective catalytic reduction systems (SCR's) designed by Peerless Manufacturing Company were produced by Paragon Steel to meet the most stringent quality standards. Inspections occurred from the customer, an independent testing authority, and by the end user.

The systems were supplied, finish painted, and "ready for catalyst". All internals were in place and braced prior to loading on to the customer contracted freight carrier.
